Meet Roscoe. At the age of 14 Roscoe is now finding himself in need of a new loving forever home due to his family now not having the time he needs.  We are told that he sleeps in a dog bed, is leash trained, needs to now be let out more frequently due to his age and doesn’t like hard biscuits.
